A drawer of fountain pens is a small nation, and somebody has to keep the census. The Fountain Pen Roster lists each pen, whether it is currently inked, what ink is in it, and when it was last cleaned — with notes for nib quirks and the ink you keep meaning to try. No more uncapping three pens to find the one with the blue-black in it.

A decade of fountain pen roster entries is a decade of your own handwriting, kept in a document you can back up like any other.
If Offline.Ltd closes tomorrow, nothing on your machine notices. That isn't a marketing promise; it's simply what a file is.
Getting your data out
Export to CSV from inside the tool and open it in anything: a spreadsheet, another app, a text editor. Or keep the HTML file: it is plain, readable, and inspectable; you can open it in a text editor and see your own rows sitting there. No export queue, no "we'll e-mail you a link within 48 hours", no format that only one vendor can read.
Copy the file to a USB stick, a NAS, a folder your devices already sync. It runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS, online or off, because a browser is the only thing it ever needed.

Questions people ask
How do I keep track of which fountain pens are inked?
Each pen gets an entry with a simple currently-inked tick, the ink it carries, and its last cleaning date. A glance down the list tells you what is loaded and what is resting.
Is my pen collection data stored online or on my computer?
On your computer, full stop. The roster is a single HTML file that works offline in your browser — no account, no sync, nothing sent anywhere. It is yours forever, like a good nib.
Why should I record when I last cleaned a fountain pen?
Because dried ink is the quiet ruin of good pens, and memory is a poor maintenance schedule. The last-cleaned date turns a vague guilt into a fact you can act on.
