Reforging within your tier is free, forever. Only a Knife that outgrows its plate pays the tier difference. Founding tier differences are $40 from Pocket to Swiss, $80 from Swiss to Every Blade Ever, or $120 from Pocket to Every Blade Ever. List tier differences are $46, $104 and $150 respectively.
