1. Agreement
By purchasing or using any Offline.Ltd product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our products.
2. Products
Offline.Ltd sells digital products delivered as single HTML files. Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the product on your own devices. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the files.
3. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally after purchase. You will receive a download link via email. Since our products are standalone files with no server dependency, they will continue to work indefinitely on any modern browser.
4. Payment
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and compliance. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes based on your location.
5. Intellectual Property
All Offline.Ltd products, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Offline.Ltd. Your purchase grants a usage license only, not ownership of the underlying code or design.
6. Limitation of Liability
Offline.Ltd products are provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
