One Swiss Knife in the exact shape of your life.

Privacy, plainly.

The short version: we collect nothing you don't hand us on purpose, we send nothing you don't ask us to, and where a third party sees anything at all — the marketing site's host, and Paddle at checkout — we say so on this page.

What runs where

The Forge — the guided intake that shapes your Swiss Knife — runs entirely inside the browser tab you opened. Your answers never leave that tab. There is no server drafting your knife for you, no logging endpoint, no phone-home. Close the tab and it's gone; export it and it's yours.

The finished file behaves the same way. It's a single HTML document that opens locally. It has no network calls in it — you can verify that yourself by opening it with your network disconnected, or by watching your browser's network panel while you use it.

One honest exception: if you redeem a gift code, the code alone is checked against our till — a single request carrying nothing but the code itself. Your intake answers, and everything else about you, still never leave the tab.

About this site

The pages you're reading now — the marketing, the catalog, the checkout — are served through a hosting platform (Lovable). Their edge records anonymous request-level telemetry: page loads, response times, script errors. It exists so their infrastructure can be operated; it's not analytics we've installed, and it's not something we can currently switch off at the project level. Offline.Ltd does not receive, read, or use that data, and it does not follow anyone into the Knife they take home.

We think you should know this because the promise of this house is precision, not marketing. The Knife — the product you actually pay for and keep — is what makes zero network calls. The website telling you about it is a website like any other, hosted somewhere, with a hosting company that logs traffic to keep its own servers alive. If that distinction matters to you, it should; we'd rather name it than paper over it.

Analytics and cookies

We — Offline.Ltd — don't run analytics. Not Google Analytics, not Plausible, not a self-hosted equivalent. No page-view pixels we've placed, no session replay, no heatmaps, no advertising tags. We set no tracking cookies of our own, which is why there is no cookie banner to click through — we removed the cause, not the symptom. The only third-party network activity on these marketing pages is the hosting-layer telemetry described just above, and Paddle's checkout when you actually buy.

Payment

When you buy, checkout is handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle processes the card, the tax, and the receipt. What they see and store is described in their privacy notice. We receive from Paddle only what a purchase needs — chiefly your e-mail address, so we can deliver the file and answer support if you write.

Your e-mail

We use your e-mail to send you your knife, to answer support, and to honour the thirty-day guarantee. We don't add it to a mailing list, don't sell it, don't share it, and don't use it to profile you. If you'd like a newsletter, you can ask; otherwise silence is the setting.

Accounts and passwords

There are none. There's nothing to log in to. The file is the account.

Data requests, contact

If you'd like to know what we have on you, or ask us to delete it, e-mail us at hello@offline.ltd. Since it's usually just "your order e-mail and the fact that you bought," this is a short conversation.

Changes

If we ever change how any of this works — say, if we one day add an opt-in newsletter — this page changes with it, in plain language, before it takes effect.
