One Swiss Knife in the exact shape of your life.

How reforging works.

Life changes shape. Your Knife should too. Here's exactly what happens when you bring it back — and what it costs, which is usually nothing.

1. Bring the file

On the Forge's first page, choose Bring your Knife back and pick your knife file from wherever you keep it — desktop, USB stick, the e-mail you sent to yourself. That's the whole first step.

2. Read here, never uploaded

The Forge opens your Knife inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded; there is no server to upload to. Your entries are read on your machine and nowhere else. If you close the tab mid-reforge, no trace is left behind.

3. Change the shape

Add Blades and Tools, remove what life retired. Remove something and its entries stay out of the new Knife; the old file keeps them, exactly as they were. Nothing is destroyed to make room for something else.

4. Take it home

A new file, the same knife — it keeps its forge-mark — with every memory carried over. The old file stays untouched: a backup by birthright. Keep it, archive it, or delete it when you're sure. Either way, we never had a copy.

5. What it costs

Nothing, within your weight, forever. Only a knife that outgrows its plate pays for the bigger one — and only the difference. Your Paddle receipt is your proof of purchase; no account needed.

Outgrew your plate? Pay the difference — $46 Pocket → Swiss, $104 Swiss → Every Blade Ever, $150 Pocket → Every Blade Ever. Same 30-day guarantee.

6. The honest footnote

Knife formats carry a version number and we commit to reading every version we have ever shipped. If a reforge ever misbehaves, e-mail us the file at hello@offline.ltd: we reforge it by hand, free, within a day. Knife follows Life, never the other way around.
