Meal Planner
Healthweight 1tracker · keeps what you put in
It's half past five, everyone's hungry, and the question 'what's for dinner' has once again arrived without warning, as it has every day for years. Meal Planner settles the week in advance: each meal, its day from Monday to Sunday, and notes for the recipe page or the thing to defrost. Deciding once, calmly, beats deciding seven times in a hungry kitchen.
This is not a screenshot. It's the real tool, running right here — go on, put something in it.

Questions people ask
How does the Meal Planner work?
You assign each meal to a day of the week and add notes — the recipe, the shopping it needs, who's cooking. Ten minutes on Sunday and the week's dinners stop being daily emergencies.
Can the Meal Planner help me shop for groceries?
Indirectly but genuinely: with the week's meals written down, the shopping list writes itself from the plan. The notes field is a good place to keep each meal's ingredients.
Does the Meal Planner require an account or app?
No — it's one HTML file that runs offline in your browser, pinned to the family laptop if you like. Nothing leaves the page, there's nothing to sign up for, and the file is yours for good.
