Medication Tracker
Healthweight 1tracker · keeps what you put in
Did you take the morning pill, or did you only think about taking it while making coffee? The Medication Tracker settles the question: the medication, the dose, a tick for Taken, and the date. It is the pillbox with days printed on the lid, rebuilt as a quiet list.
This is not a screenshot. It's the real tool, running right here — go on, put something in it.

Questions people ask
How can I remember whether I took my medication today?
Tick the Taken box when you take it, and the question answers itself for good. Each row holds the medication, the dose, and the date, so the record is there even for the days you doubt yourself.
Can I track medications for more than one person, like a parent or child?
Yes — the medication field is free text, so writing Mum, blood pressure, 5mg works perfectly well. Many households keep one shared list for everyone under the roof.
Does this medication tracker send my health information anywhere?
No. It works completely offline in your browser, asks for no account, and stores everything inside a single HTML file you own. Nothing about your medicines ever leaves the page.
