Faith & Practice
Healthweight 1tracker · keeps what you put in
A practice is only a practice if it happens more than once, and the weeks are good at swallowing intentions. Faith & Practice keeps a gentle record: whether it was prayer, reading, service or reflection, the date, and any notes you want to keep beside it. Not a scoreboard — more a margin in which to notice your own faithfulness.
This is not a screenshot. It's the real tool, running right here — go on, put something in it.

Questions people ask
How do I build a consistent prayer or devotional habit?
Log each practice as it happens — the kind, the date, a note if something stayed with you. The record does not judge; it simply shows you the shape of your weeks, which is often all the encouragement needed.
Is this tied to one particular religion?
No. The categories — Prayer, Reading, Service, Reflection — are broad on purpose, and the notes are yours. It serves whatever tradition you bring to it, or none in particular.
Are my reflections kept private?
Completely. The tool runs offline in your browser with no account and no server; your notes never leave the page. It is a single HTML file you keep, as private as a paper journal in a drawer.
