One Swiss Knife in the exact shape of your life.

Time Tracker

A private time tracker in one HTML file on your machine: start, stop, tag by client, and the hours stay yours.

Live · runs in your browser · no network

This is not a screenshot. It's the real tool, running right here: go on, put something in it.

Forged into a knife, this tool ages with use: the blades you reach for wear soft, entries you tend keep their bloom, and the years travel with the file through every reforge.

At the end of the week the hours are gone and nobody can say exactly where. Time Tracker keeps the log the invoice will thank you for: what you worked on and for whom, how many hours, and on what date. Billable time you didn't write down is a gift to no one in particular.

What it keeps

Standing facts

In ten years

Whatever you put in (What / for whom, Hours and Date) stays inside the file itself. There is no account to lapse, no plan to be sunset, no migration e-mail with a deadline in it. A decade of time tracker entries is a decade of your own handwriting, kept in a document you can back up like any other.

If Offline.Ltd closes tomorrow, nothing on your machine notices. That isn't a marketing promise; it's simply what a file is.

Getting your data out

Export to CSV from inside the tool and open it in anything: a spreadsheet, another app, a text editor. Or keep the HTML file: it is plain, readable, and inspectable; you can open it in a text editor and see your own rows sitting there. No export queue, no "we'll e-mail you a link within 48 hours", no format that only one vendor can read.

Copy the file to a USB stick, a NAS, a folder your devices already sync. It runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS, online or off, because a browser is the only thing it ever needed.

Questions people ask

01

How does the Time Tracker work?

One row per stint: what you did and for whom, the hours it took, and the date. Fill it in as you go and the week adds itself up honestly.

02

Can I use the Time Tracker for multiple clients?

Yes — the 'what / for whom' field is exactly for that. Each entry names its client, so untangling whose hours are whose takes seconds, not a Sunday evening.

03

Does the Time Tracker work offline and without an account?

Both. It's one HTML file that runs entirely in your browser — no sign-up, no sync, and your hours never leave the page. The file belongs to you for good.
