SWOT Analysis

Businessweight 1tracker · keeps what you put in

You know your situation in fragments — a strength here, a nagging threat there — but fragments don't make decisions. The SWOT Analysis sorts each item into its quadrant — strength, weakness, opportunity, threat — with notes, until the fog arranges itself into a map.

This is not a screenshot. It's the real tool, running right here — go on, put something in it.

Questions people ask

How do I do a SWOT analysis?
You add items one at a time, assigning each to Strength, Weakness, Opportunity or Threat, with notes for the reasoning. The thinking happens in the sorting — the hard cases that could sit in two quadrants are usually the interesting ones.
Does this SWOT tool store my analysis online?
No — it's a single HTML file that runs offline in your browser. A frank list of your weaknesses deserves privacy, and here nothing leaves the page: no account, no server, a file you own outright.
Can I use SWOT for personal decisions, not just business?
Yes — career moves, house purchases, whether to go back to school. The four quadrants don't care what the question is; they just make you look at it from all four sides.
