Refund Policy

    1. Digital Products

    Because our products are digital files delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally cannot offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. However, we want every customer to be satisfied.

    2. When We Do Offer Refunds

    We will gladly issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

    • The product does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue
    • You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong product)
    • You have not yet downloaded the product

    3. How to Request a Refund

    Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

    4. Processing

    Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.

    5. Bundles

    For bundle purchases, refunds apply to the entire bundle. Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available.
